CarDeck PH complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
1. What we collect
Personal information (name, contact details, address), financial information (monthly income, employment type, employer, existing obligations), and supporting documents (Government ID, COE, payslips, ITR/2316, proof of billing, bank statements, TIN, 2x2 photo).
2. Why we collect it
To match you with vehicles, dealers, and financing companies; to enable financing applications; and to verify the parties you transact with.
3. Explicit consent
You consent each time information is shared with a dealer or financing company. You can revoke consent at any time from your dashboard. Consents are logged with timestamps.
4. Anonymous by default
Dealers and financing companies see only your budget, vehicle preference, employment type, timeline, and document completeness. Your name and contact details are revealed only after you accept an offer.
5. Document access is logged
Every time a document is viewed, we record who viewed it, when, and for what purpose. You can review this log from your dashboard.
6. Security
Sensitive information is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to your data is governed by row-level security policies and audited.
7. Your rights under RA 10173
You have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to correct, to erasure, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
